Regarding the case of Michael H. Pfeiffer (Georgetown trained neurologist and physician and abusive parent) and Dr. Ariel King (International Health Care Policy Expert)

Esther Wiggins LyleOn September 22, 2000, under oath, Dr. Pfeiffer misrepresented in his immigration papers to the US DOJ that he was married in Phoenix Arizona on September 16, 2000, but in fact he knew -- as did other witnesses -- that was not the case because it is well documented he had been in Houston Texas on that date.   

On July 6, 2007, Dr. Pfeiffer, the Father, appeared uninvited at a reception at the Zambian Embassy.  In front of many witnesses, Dr. Pfeiffer disrupted the international reception and refused to voluntarily leave when asked by Embassy officials.  The Embassy Police were called (Secret Service) who interviewed him on Embassy grounds, and demanded that he leave.  The Secret Service, based on the behavior of  Dr. Pfeiffer, then stongly advised Dr. King to get a restraining order against him, which she did.

During September 2007, Dr. Pfeiffer's daughter complained about being forced to sleep in a queen size bed, and that her father insisted on sleeping in her bed.

During February 2008, Dr. Pfeiffer, for private gain, obtained private medical information of a patient and disseminated misleading information regarding it to






























third parties who were not authorized to receive such information in violation of HIPAA.

As of November 2008, Dr. Pfeiffer has unsuccessfully sought a medical license in the District of Columbia.  From 2007 through 2008 he had an application pending there for over aPhoto of Dr. Michael H. Pfeiffer, Neurologist, sociopath year, and he was unsuccessful in having one issued.    There remains open questions about his satisfaction of the medical requirements in Germany during the year 2000.
